If your EBT card has been lost, stolen or is no longer working, you should call the appropriate Customer Service number listed above to request a replacement card. They will immediately disable the old card. A replacement card will be mailed to the address they have on their system. Please allow 4-9 days for the card to arrive to you in the mail. Your benefits will be protected as soon as you report your card as lost or stolen. When you receive your replacement card, your current PIN is transferred to your replacement card so you do not need to change your current PIN. However, if you want to select a new PIN, select the option to change your PIN.
