Mississippi EBT Cardholders must have a user ID and password to log into their account.

You can either create a new account or you can change your password at any time.

When creating a new login for the first time, you must enter your Social Security Number, Date of Birth, and Card number and also your new User ID and password. Select the submit button when done

When changing your password, you must enter your Social Security Number, Date of Birth, and Card number and also enter your new password twice for confirmation. Select the submit button when done

The User Id

  • Your User ID must be at least 4 characters and no more than 10 characters long. You can use any combination of letters and numbers in the User ID.
  • Special characters such as the "at" symbol or underscore mark (@ or _) can be used
  • Login IDs are not case sensitive.

    • Your User ID will not change once selected.

    The Password

  • Minimum password length is 8 characters and no more than 16 characters
  • Passwords must be a mix of alphanumeric uppercase, alphanumeric lowercase, and numeric characters. There must be a least one character from each category:
  • alphanumeric uppercase
  • alphanumeric lowercase
  • numeric characters
  • Password is case sensitive.
  • Require password change at 90 days.
  • Cannot reuse last 13 passwords.
