Iowa Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT)

You must have a user ID and password to log into your account. After you have created your account, you can change your password at any time. CREATE NEW ACCOUNT To create a new account, enter the last four digits of your Social Security number, Date of Birth, your 19 digit EBT PAN Number, a User ID of your choice and a Password of your choice. Your User ID must be at least 4 and no more than 10 characters long. You can use any combination of letters or numbers and they should include special characters such as the "at" symbol (@) or underscore mark (_). Your password must be 10-16 characters long. Passwords shall be a mixture of numbers, upper and lower-case characters with at least one special character. Only special characters @ . ? ! : ; , " ' # $ % * can be used. Email address must be in the format, xxx.xxx@xxx.com Mobile Phone # must be in the format xxxxxxxxxx. No spaces or dashes are allowed, only numbers are accepted.
